Samuel M. Booher, Attorney
Samuel (Sam) M. Booher began his practice in 2010 after graduating with honors from the University of Miami School of Law. He concentrates his practice in litigation, estate planning, probate and business law. While he has represented clients in a wide variety of litigation matters throughout east Tennessee, he also regularly advises individuals and businesses on matters affecting business planning, elder law, special needs planning, and asset protection.
He is the current Chairman of the Kingsport Regional Planning Commission, a founding board member of the Kingsport young professional group known as PEAK, past president of the Mountain Region Speech and Hearing Center, past president of the Kingsport Bar Association, and board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Kingsport.
Sam has been married to his wife, Maggie, for 11 years and they have two children. In addition to spending time with his family, he is passionate about distance running. He has competed in several half and full marathons and recently qualified for the 2017 Boston Marathon.
