James W. Holmes and Michael D. Stice are attorneys and estate planning specialists, certified through the Tennessee Commission on Specialization, the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, and the Estate Law Specialist Board (the only ABA-sanctioned body for certifying attorneys in estate planning).

The law firm of Holmes & Stice PLC has been meeting clients’ estate planning, trust administration, probate, and business planning needs since our inception on July 1, 2000.  Our combined estate planning experience exceeds seventy-five years, during which time we have assisted thousands of clients. With the addition of our associate attorneys, Myrl Quillen and Jonathan Russell, we will continue to act on behalf of our clients with their best interests in mind.

Our hourly rates for professional services are fair and reasonable, and we offer flat fees in designated service areas.  We serve the Tennessee geographic areas of Sullivan, Washington, Hawkins, Carter, Greene, and Unicoi counties.  We are completely independent of any third-party contracts, commissions, and/or economic business relationships.  Our primary objective is to develop trusted relationships while providing the best legal and consulting services possible to our clients.
